Apparently 500 marines have disembarked in Tirana (mmm...). The city, probably one of the most polluted in Europe has decided to cut air pollution through an anti-smoking in public spaces law. My friend Sui jokes that Albania must be the only non-democratic country in the world to have an anti-smoking law. The good news is that people seem to abide it.
Well, George, if you don't enjoy yourself in Tirana (which you definitely will), come to Madrid, our bars are also clean from smoke.
