The fox and the hedgehog

Fox: beautiful, astute, fast, elegant, sleek, crafty animal...intelligent and full of tactics to caught a prey
Hedgehog: chubby, wanders around for lunch, small, ugly...with only one tactic!!

The fox remains silent in one corner, hiding behind a tree, waiting for the hedgehog to approach: 'Aha, got you now!! I am going to eat you!'. The little chubby hedgehog looks up and says 'Hmm...Here we go again, when are you going to learn?' and suddenly reduces himself to a little ball of sharp spikes.

Day after day the fox tries one of his tactics to eat the hedgehog. Day after day the one day tactic of the little spiky works.

Apparently, there are two kind of people....the hedgehogs and the foxes.

We took the car and drove for 2 hours outside Lomé. Heading to the mountains and the waterfalls of Togo, in the region of Kpallime. Detox or how to make your life miserable

New Year, new experimenting...I am learning that detoxifying on a liquid-only diet might not be for me. This week I ate baby food for 36 hours and I craved the crunchiest thing you could imagine, from chips to a 'pain au raisins' from our local bakery. There are two camps, or multiple, but at least at my office women in camp 1 swear that drinking water only and doing internal cleansing with enemas (aaaargh) works wonders, and camp 2 believes is all fad.
